    • Up to 5 years for development.

    • ~35-year operation with $1,000/acre lease, potentially $60,000/year for 60 acres.

  • Payment: Full payment starts post-feasibility confirmation.

  • Land Use: 545-acre site includes Jolly Pond Convenience Center and police shooting range, both to remain active.
