Williamsburg residents will have several opportunities this month to share input on the proposed library project.
- Purpose: Williamsburg seeks community input for a proposed new downtown library to replace the 1973 facility, which is outdated.
- Public Input Sessions:
- May 15, 5-7:30 p.m., Williamsburg Fire Department (440 N. Boundary St.).
- May 20, 1-3:30 p.m., same location.
- Online Survey: Available May 15-30 at wrl.org/new-library.
- Location: Planned near the current library by the Stryker Center and City Square Park.
- Goal: Create a modern library reflecting community needs for learning, access, and connection, based on public feedback.
